Our quote builder gives you clear pricing and options—without any pressure. It’s completely optional, doesn’t lock you into a reservation, and can be used at anytime, whether you’re planning months in advance or just want to explore different possibilities.

STEP 1: VAN SELECTION

Select the van that best fits your trip.

STEP 2: CUSTOMIZE YOUR RIDE

Add any modifications, such as removing the passenger seat so a wheelchair user can sit up front.

STEP 3: PICK UP OR DELIVERY

Choose delivery if you’d like the van brought to you. Select the appropriate location in the pricing options.

STEP 4: CONSIDER JOINING US IN GIVING BACK

STEP 5: GO TO YOUR CART

Your preliminary invoice will be available in your cart. Coupon codes and taxes are not applied until the payment stage.

STEP 6: VIEW THE PREPAYMENT PAGE FOR TAXES AND COUPONS

No payment is required until you schedule your rental. For the most accurate estimate, click “PREPAY” in your cart—you can add coupon codes and see your total with taxes. You’ll see this without entering payment details. Prepaying is optional, but only if it helps you.

STEP 7: CHECK AVAILABILITY

When you are ready to book your rental, visit our Availability Calendar to hold your dates. Once we receive your request, we’ll call you to confirm details, answer questions, then send your final invoice to you with a payment link to make your deposit.

*Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until your dates are reserved and your deposit is paid.
